Order Processing Time
All orders require time for preparation before shipping.
- Ready stock items: 1–2 business days
- Personalised orders: 2–3 business days
- Large or custom orders may require additional preparation time.
Once your order is ready, it will be handed over to our courier partner for delivery.
Need your order urgently? / Need your gift by a specific date? Please contact us before placing your order and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
During peak gifting seasons, procession times may be longer than usual. We recommend placing your order early to avoid disappointment.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during public holidays, peak seasons, or due to courier delays.
Self Pickup is available. Simply select "Self Pickup" during checkout, and no shipping fee will be charged.
